1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, swiping, matching, or purchasing boosts/subscriptions, you confirm your full agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all access and delete your account.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Platform. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal right and capability to enter into this binding agreement.

3. Anonymous Identity & Account Safety

URGE provides desire-based matching with anonymous pseudonyms. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree that:

• You will not impersonate other users or violate their safety.
• Your pseudonym must not contain offensive, derogatory, or abusive language.
• You are entirely responsible for all interactions arising from your matches.

4. Rules of Conduct & Desire Guidelines

Your desire cards must be honest expressions of your seeking preferences. You may not publish content that is:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or promotional in nature.
• Non-consensual sharing of media or private data.
• Harassment, stalking, hate speech, or abuse.

5. Premium Services & Billing

We offer premium visibility upgrades including Desire Boosts, Super Flame, and Premium Subscriptions. All billing is handled securely through authorized payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay).

All premium purchases are non-refundable. You agree to pay the fees displayed on-screen at checkout. Any attempt to reverse or dispute valid transactions will result in permanent account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, URGE is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from user behavior, platform downtime, or matches.
