1. On-Device Photo Masking Engine

Our core privacy feature is our On-Device Photo Masking Engine. When you select an attachment to share on a desire card, your photo is edited, cropped, or masked **directly on your browser or device**.

🔒 The original, unmasked version of your photo is NEVER uploaded to our servers. Only the processed, masked version is transmitted, ensuring your face and identity remain 100% protected.

2. Ephemeral Media & Chat Integrity

All messaging between matched users is securely encrypted. We offer a premium Ephemeral Mediafeature: images or videos marked as ephemeral are displayed for exactly 20 seconds before being permanently purged from our systems.

Additionally, we actively monitor screenshot attempts and alert participants immediately to secure the chat room atmosphere.

3. Data We Collect

To maintain a safe community, we collect:

• Account details: A validated Google email address is required for secure authentication.
• Anonymous fields: A randomized anonymous pseudonym of your choice. Your real name is never revealed to other swipers.
• Location: General location is used only for matching near you and is never shared precisely.

4. Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, and no credit card or bank login info is stored directly on the Platform.

5. Compliance & Indian DPDP Act

We are fully compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act. You retain absolute control over your profile, including the right to request deletion of all data and withdraw consent at any time.
